Our values, beliefs and conditioning can form some skewed writing on the wall for us, thus clouding our vision, or holding us in self-doubt, even fear.

Over the last 25 years I have supported entrepreneurs with the practical and strategic side of business growth - in local start-ups to global corporate enterprises. Across that time I have come across some very talented people held back from realising their fullest potential and desires.  This brought about my shift 6 years ago into coaching individuals through deeper and lasting change in business environments I already understand.

NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting are powerful interventions for identifying and moving through blocks to confidence, authenticity and creativity in business. 

I work with individuals and groups on both practical and emotional aspects of being in business. I guide you to understand who you are within your chosen field, as well as how to recognise and reach your innate skills across the mix of creativity, strategy, sales, leadership and personal goals.
