Using hypnoanalysis and personally tailored therapeutic scripts, I support clients in identifying underlying challenges and unmet emotional needs that may be influencing current patterns of thought, feeling, or behaviour.
I am specifically trained in bariatric clinical hypnosis for weight loss in obesity - a safe, effective, affordable and non-invasive gastric band hypnotherapy. This is coupled with cognitive behavioural coaching - uncovering the underlying root causes of weight gain to ensure whole transformation.
